What is the Liletta IUD Device
LILETTA ® is a sterile, levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system indicated for the prevention of pregnancy for up to 4 years. The system should be replaced after 4 years if continued use is desired.
What is the Liletta IUD Savings Program
The Liletta IUD Patient Savings Program allows eligible patients to pay no more than $75 for the device. It will pay up to a maximum of $500.
Who is Eligible
This program is for patients who have commercial insurance without fully covering IUD costs. These are typically older insurance plans through an employer, called grandfathered plans. This program allows these patients to acquire the device at a significant cost saving.
How to Sign Up
You can sign up for the program at the Liletta Savings program website here. The program is currently available until 6/30/2018.
