Common Questions:

How do I receive my test results?

Results will be posted to the patient portal AND you will receive a text message with your results.

My family member signed up under the same email address, how do I see their results? When you log into the portal, look for the circle with your initials in it. There will be a dropdown button. Click on that to see linked family members.

I got tested with two other people and they already got their results back, where are mine? Results can come back hours to days apart from other people in your party. Specimens do not stay together during processing so they will not be reported together. We ask that you do not contact us until after our current turnaround time has passed.

 

Do you offer the rapid test?

Yes, we offer a same day rapid test for $100.
